Privacy policy
Effective 23 March 2026. This policy explains how BridgingLoans.online, a trading name of PASECOM GROUP LTD, collects and shares personal data when you use the website and enquiry forms.
1. Introduction
We respect your privacy and treat lead data as a Data Controller until it is passed to a partner. Our service is an introductory lead-generation platform. To deal with a quote request we share the data you submit with selected FCA-regulated brokers and lenders, who then become independent controllers of that copy.
2. Data we collect
- Identity: name.
- Contact: email address and telephone number.
- Financial and property: estimated value, net loan, term, rate modelled, exit strategy, occupancy, and any message you add.
- Technical: IP address and basic server logs when you submit a form.
- Usage: Google Analytics 4 page-use data, as described in the cookie policy.
3. How we collect it
You provide identity, contact and property data through the calculator enquiry or the contact form. We collect limited technical data automatically when the site or the mailer is used.
4. How we use it
We use enquiry data to pass your request to FCA-regulated partners (consent and steps needed to handle your request). We use limited logs and analytics to keep the site working and to understand which pages are used. We may keep a record of a transmission to meet legal or accounting needs.
5. Sharing with third parties
By submitting an enquiry you consent to us sharing identity, contact and financial/property data with specialist brokers and lenders so they can contact you by email or phone about the request. We also use hosting and email on IONOS. Once a partner receives the lead they are the controller of their copy. Read their privacy notice when they contact you.
6. Security and retention
Access to mailbox and hosting is limited to people who need it. Lead transmissions may be retained for up to six years to deal with queries, accounting or regulatory questions. Server logs are kept for a shorter operational period.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability, and you may withdraw consent for future introductions. Email hello@bridgingloans.online. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
8. Cookies
See the cookie policy. We use essential hosting cookies and Google Analytics 4 as disclosed on this page. There is no cookie consent popup.
