1. Who we are

BridgingLoans.online is a trading name of PASECOM GROUP LTD. We are an introductory lead-generation service. We do not issue loans and we do not make credit decisions.

2. How the service is paid for

The website is free to use. We are paid when we pass a completed enquiry to specialist FCA-regulated brokers or lenders. By submitting a form you agree that those details may be transferred so a partner can contact you.

3. No advice and no offer

Calculator outputs, guides and commentary are illustrative. They are not a binding offer, an MCOB illustration, or financial, legal or tax advice. Seek independent professional advice before entering a credit agreement.

4. Your obligations

You confirm you are at least 18 and that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You will not use the site for unlawful activity or attempt to disrupt the calculator or mailer.

5. Third-party brokers and lenders

After an introduction, your relationship is with that firm. We do not control their rates, underwriting or documents. Disputes about a loan application belong with that firm. See also the complaints procedure.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, design and calculator logic belong to PASECOM GROUP LTD or licensors. You may not copy them for a competing service without permission.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from use of indicative figures or from dealings with third parties, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).

8. Privacy

The privacy policy explains how enquiry data is shared.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
